Good collections of baking and decorating tools
Basic baking ingredients and decorating techniques
Perfect texture, colouring and storing of your icing and sugar paste
These and more will be discussed in the course. Come and express yourself through cake decorating.
Each course holds 2 hours once a week for 4 weeks.

Available: Group lessons and private lessons (one-to-one) available on request.

No refunds will be given on classes not attended; however you can send someone in your place.
