Before You Start

You need to know about essential information about baking and decorating:

  • Good collections of baking and decorating tools
  • Basic baking ingredients and decorating techniques
  • Perfect texture, colouring and storing of your icing and sugar paste

These and more will be discussed in the course. Come and express yourself through cake decorating.

Each course holds 2 hours once a week for 4 weeks.

Duration: 2 hours once a week for 4 weeks

Available: Group lessons and private lessons (one-to-one) available on request.

Note:

  • No refunds will be given on classes not attended; however you can send someone in your place.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollments or in the case our instructor is unwell. As a result, participants will be fully (100%) refunded.
  • In consideration of others, no children below 12 years are permitted.



   Course 1: Royal Icing  

 Requirement: None

 Course Fee: 270.00 Euros Course fee includes materials to be used on site (not to be taken home) unless indicated.

   Course 2: Sugar Paste  

 Requirement: Participants must have completed Course 1 to enroll in Course 2

 Course Fee: 287.00 Euros Course fee includes materials to be used on site (not to be taken home) unless indicated.

 What to Learn:

  • Preparation/storage of sugar paste
  • Ropes/braids/streamers
  • Blossoms
  • Cutouts
  • Inlays/applique
  • Ribbons/bows
  • Rose
  • Leaves
  • Marbling/sponging/hand painting
  • Modeling figures


   Course 3: Sugar Flower  

 Requirement: Participants must have completed Course 2 to enroll in Course 3
